From Idea to Heirloom
For over fifty years, our family of jewelers has helped clients turn an idea, a stone, or a sketch into a finished piece worth keeping. Every design is built by hand at our Newport Beach studio — from the first consultation through the final polish.
Consultation
The fun begins. We review all your design inspirations and discuss your vision for your new custom piece of jewelry — in-store, over the phone, or via email.
Design Approval
Within 5 business days, you receive a free design proposal including a CAD rendering and estimate. We refine the design with you until it's right. Once approved, a 50% deposit locks it in and production begins. Most custom projects take 30 days.
Casting
Your design begins to come to life. From the CAD, a wax carving is created as the mold for your precious metal. It's finished, shaped, and polished by our craftsmen. An additional visit can be scheduled to see and hold the wax before casting.
Setting
Diamonds and fine gemstones are hand-selected by our expert team and precision-set into your finished casting.
Final Polish
A multi-step polishing process brings out the finished piece. A quality control inspection ensures every design element is exactly as intended.
Unveiling
The reveal. We schedule a time for you to pick up your new piece at our Newport Beach showroom — or arrange insured shipping or local courier delivery.
