SHIPPING POLICY

Most items ship within 3 business days. Rings smaller than a size 6 and larger than a size 7 are considered special orders and usually ship within 7 to 14 business days. All items, except Design Your Own Engagement Ring (Bridal Ring Builder) engagement rings are shipped via U.S. Registered Mail. There is no shipping charge for online purchases.

Engagement rings in the Design Your Own Engagement Ring (Bridal Ring Builder) section and our Design your Own Jewelry section(Jewelry Builder) are usually shipped within 10 business days (18 business days for 18K and Platinum). These items are shipped via Federal Express. Please note that we only ship to your credit card billing address within the United States. If you wish us to ship to another address we require a wire transfer. Contact customer service and they will assist you with this. We are only responsible for shipping your purchase, addressed to you, to the address specified by you. Your purchase is considered received by you when delivered to the address specified by you. We have no control over and bear no responsibility regarding who actually accepts the package (your purchase) at the address specified by you.
